Simple calculators that help you estimate the numbers before any property decision. The results are estimates and depend on the figures you enter.
How do you calculate a unit installment?
How it is calculated: the down payment equals the unit price multiplied by the down payment rate; each installment equals the remaining amount divided by the number of installments.
The calculation assumes an interest-free plan with equal installments; some payment plans include a payment on handover or unequal installments.
How do you calculate a mortgage installment?
How it is calculated: the calculator uses the standard fixed-installment loan formula, with monthly declining-balance interest.
Use the interest rate the bank actually offers you; the result does not include administrative fees or insurance.
How do you calculate rental yield?
How it is calculated: gross yield equals the annual rent divided by the unit price; net yield first subtracts the annual costs from the rent.
The result does not account for periods when the unit is vacant, or for changes in the unit's price over time.
